职位描述：
1、 High speed PCB and PCBA design, simulation capability is optional;
2、 PCB/PCBA samples performance verification;
3、 SI failure analysis and summary;
4、 Work with PE(production engineer) to propose the best solution to customer.
任职要求：
1、 Bachelor Degree or above, electronics/electrical/Telecommunications Engineering;
2、 Understand signal integrity knowledge, familiar with S parameters at least;
3、 5 years working experience, at least three years of high speed PCB/PCBA layout experience;
4、 Familiar with Allegro or PADS or at least one PCB design software;
5、 Familiar with TDR and VNA operation;
6、 Proven result driven performances and able to work independently under Pressure;
