Primary purpose:
To lead the team and establish the expertise in compensation and benefits, to align remuneration strategy and practice with the company’s business strategy to ensure remuneration competitiveness as well as cost effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement and monitor the implementation of compensation and benefit related policies and procedures in order to ensure complies with Molex C&B strategy, regional policies and all relevant laws and regulations as well as to resolve compensation & benefits issues
2. Annual performance review & salary adjustments
3. Promote and implement the incentive program (short-term, long-term incentive plans) based on corporate policy; as well as initiate reviewing of the other benefits schemes for the employees.
4. Assist the corporate C&B team to do salary and benefits surveys, follow the market data/range to ensure the entity employees’ salary and benefits under the corporate structure.
5. Determine DG Molex's strengths and weaknesses and make DL operators salary recommendation to management to ensure internal equitable and external competitiveness.
6. Perform cost/benefit analyses on compensation programs, effect of promotion increases, pay structure movements, merit increase program and develop more cost-effective compensation programs.
7. Develop a competitive job, salary structure and career development plan for operators; Consistently ensure that the structures are equitable and competitive.
8. Coach and advice line managers on handling people issues especially in terms of poor performance and breaches of discipline to manage potential legal risk.
9. Implement corporate CSR plan
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, majored in Human Resource and Business management related disciplines
2. Minimum 10 years C&B experiences in multinational manufacturing enterprises including at least 3 years managerial experience.
3. Well versed in labor law & regulations, experienced in following up labor & ethics audit.
4. Strong skills in Project management
5. Good PC skills, such as Excel (functions and formulae, chart, pivot table).
6. SAP experience is preferred.
